Eyes on the Prize, 1 Peter 3:13-22
Just like in sports, obstacles and opponents can distract us from achieving more important goals. Our eyes should be fixed on Jesus and on his triumph over sin and death through his crucifixion and resurrection. Jesus’ triumph gives us hope, which Peter encourages us to share with a world that desperately needs to hear good news.
